This is the start of a new annual summer tradition in Shores, and we hope that both buyers and sellers have a great experience with this neighborhood-wide garage sale! Start clutter busting while building community and earning cash along the way!

TO FIND A SALE: RSCA and Donna Marie Baldwin (Compass, DRE #00560346) are happily hosting a Welcome Table at the Sandpiper Community Center parking lot. There, they will be passing out printed maps and some treats to send everyone off for a morning of deal-making!

The Shores Summer Clean-Out Map carries up-to-date listings of participating sellers. You can also find specific details on what is on offer at each location, making it easy to find the best sales for your interests.

Each participating household is solely responsible for their own sale, including pricing, transactions, and any other issues that may arise.
